1 July 2002 -- The launch of yet another website, but this one aims to solve a number of problems affecting us all.

Essentially divided into four sections the site aims to;

Help you sell/scrap your car - many people have an old car sitting on the drive - we always planned to renovate it after it failed it's MOT test, but never got round to it! And now we may be charged £50 to have it towed away...and we haven't got £50 etc! By tapping a wider number of outlets for scrap cars we aim to reduce the cost of getting rid of your old car and to make the whole exercise as easy as possible for you.

Help you obtain scrap cars - many salvage yards place small ads and we supplement that service with further small ad type listings. But the site can connect sellers with recyclers 24 hours a day - and allows smaller businesses without an internet presence to advertise their facility on-line. In addition, there are a huge number of other outlets for 'scrap' vehicles who don't necessarily advertise - the site will help restorers, exporters, banger racers and many others - people who need a supply of vehicles that aren't necessarily roadworthy in the UK.

Salvage Yard listings - it's fair to say that many of the smaller yards do not have a website and this is an ideal place to get noticed. It also allows further description of some of the more 'interesting' vehicles in their yards.

Abandoned Vehicles - the site allows you to easily report abandoned vehicles in your area. We will collect details 24 hours a day from concerned residents and pass details to the relevant local authority. Many people just don't know who else to contact.
