Do you own a number of Car Parks or other commercial premises that seem to
attract abandoned vehicles?
Unfortunately the problem may become worse when the new 'End-of-Life' Vehicle
directive comes into effect - essentially, responsible citizens will have to pay
a significant sum - we have heard estimates of £150 - to obtain an EOL
certificate (like a death certificate) on their vehicle.
This may lead to an increase in the number of abandoned vehicles we see,
which causes a real problem for businesses owning car parks, or other premises
where vehicles can be abandoned with ease.
What can this site do to help you?
One or local premises
If you only have one, or a few, localised premises, you can use the site to
identify a local salvage yard and arrange the collections directly with them.
Subject to their requirements, they may even allow you credit facilities rather
than the traditional cash-in-hand.
National sites
If you own a number of premises spread around the country, it is quite likely
that you have a very disjointed policy when it comes to having vehicles removed
from your property, and typically this will involve cash payments direct from
the local premise to the local salvage firm.
If you would like to discuss some alternative arrangements, with centralised
submissions, automated processing and invoicing etc, please write to use for
further details.
