Our methods
Every project is different, but this is typically how we work.
Scope - we discuss with you what you want from your website at the end of the project. This is key to the initial design process.
Style - we'll look at other material you have - typically signs, brochures etc to get an idea of colours and schemes that complement your existing business.
Functionality - we'll suggest whether you need just a simple site, or something more complicated with databases etc.
Demo - then we put together a site and show you the demo - if you like it, we go live. If not, we refine it further.
All of the above is done in consultation with you, and we compliment ourselves on making it non-technical. Most clients don't want to know exactly how it all works, just that it does work.
No plan? - deliberately. We don't focus on written project plans (unless you have one already). We don't think that project scope documents are productive and usually they aren't worth the costs involved. We find it easier to present your draft site and then seek feedback, rather than starting with a blank document and getting you to specify everything in advance.
