The webmasters or their agents reserve the right to refuse, amend, withdraw or otherwise deal with all advertisements submitted to them at their absolute discretion;

The advertiser warrants that their advertisements comply with the British Code of Advertising Practice and do not contravene any of the Trade Descriptions Act, 1968;

The advertiser will indemnify the webmasters against any damage and/or loss and/or expense which the webmasters may incur as a direct or indirect consequence of the advertiser's advertisement;

The webmasters give no undertaking that an advertisement will appear or will appear on any particular date at all.

The webmasters reserve the right to amend the advertisement copy to conform to the standards and 'house style' of last-chance-cars.

The webmasters do not accept responsibility for advertisements published incorrectly or consequences there from. Advertisers should notify the webmaster of any errors after the appearance of the first insertion to allow for corrections to be made;

It is an offence for traders to represent themselves as private advertisers. The advertisement should be marked as Trade. The webmasters can accept no liability in respect of any trade advertisement where the advertisers status as a trader has not been disclosed to them.

All contracts arising from advertisements submitted will be subject to English Law.
