Okay, we can't think why that should be so unless you have amended your mouse settings to reverse the left/right buttons?

When you are looking at the picture, make sure your mouse pointer is inside the picture, then hold down the left mouse button and start moving your mouse - without releasing the left mouse button.

Can you try again by clicking here and just run through the quick start again.

If you still have no luck, email us  and tell us as much as possible about what you see on screen so that we can investigate for you.

Note - if you have changed your mouse settings and switched the left and right mouse button functions, the please try holding down the right mouse button.
