Conversely, your users should be testing the new system functionality in the limited timeframe before go-live, not undertaking their own data reconciliation. And that's where we can bring our experience in data reconciliation to bear. If you have data items that need to be compared in the old and new systems, we can undertake the data reconciliation for you. We will report on the differences between the two data sets, omissions, changes and new items. And because this is 'our real job' it won't get put to one side as it does so often by users who have the own existing roles to fulfil. Our only limitation - we prefer not to become involved where you have more than one million records in one dataset (table), or have more than fifty million records in total - above these numbers we can't offer the in-depth review we set out to provide.
